Action Plans permission set OR Modify All Data |
- From the App Launcher, find and open Action Plan Templates.
- Select the required template and click New Task.
- Enter the task details for Subject, Priority, and Days.
- Select Required if you want to make the task mandatory to perform.
- Assign the task to a specific user and role.
- Select a time when you want to send a reminder to the task assignee on the due date.
- Save your changes.
