# Set Up the Auto Assign Milestone Owner Flow

Configure the Auto Assign Milestone Owner flow so that milestone owners are assigned automatically when you create a connection application.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select **Flows**.
2. Open the **Auto Assign Milestone Owner** flow.

    Note To manage the program-to-entitlement mapping in one place, create a decision matrix in Business Rules Engine and reference it from the flow. This provides the flexibility to fetch the owner dynamically based on specific inputs. This requires the BRE Designer add-on license.
3. Click **Save As** to create a flow record.
4. Enter Auto Assign Milestone Owner Override for the flow name.
5. Save your changes.
6. Activate your flow.
