# Assign User Permissions and Enable Features for Clean Energy Programs

Assign licenses and permission sets to your users to access the Clean Energy Programs features and data model objects.

1. Assign these permission set licenses and permission sets to the appropriate users:
    
    - Outcome Management
    - Program and Benefit Management Access
    - Benefit Disbursement Access
    - Budget Management
    - EAndU Cloud Program Access
    - EAndU Cloud Usage Impact Access
2. Enable Program Management and Outcome Management capabilities
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Program and Case Management and then select **Program and Benefit Management Settings**.
    2. Under Program and Benefit Management, enable **Create and manage your programs, benefits, and goals**.
    3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Outcome Management and then select **Outcome Management Settings**.
    4. Under Outcome Management, enable **Create and manage outcomes, indicators, and impact strategies**.
