- The agent can build the Individual Application Flexipage but can't activate
it. Activate it manually in the Salesforce UI (set it as the Org Default or
App Default).
- If you skip user creation, you must manually assign the New Connection
Manager profile and the E&U Cloud Program Access permission set to the intended
user(s).
- After setup, customize the Auto-assign Milestone Owner flow (specifically its
Decision Matrix) so that milestones route to the correct Connection Manager for your
business logic.
