## View Promotions in the Browse Catalog Window

View products and promotions applicable to the product in a catalog. View automatic promotions applied to the product and add products from a catalog to the quote or order record page. After browsing the catalog and selecting a product, you can configure the product or add the product directly to the quote line items or order line items.

Here are some of the considerations for promotions in the Browse Catalogs window.

- Shows only the promotions for root products.
- Shows up to 5 eligible promotions for a product. However, there’s no limit on the number of promotions that your product designers can configure or the promotions you can apply.

To increase this limit to show up to 10 eligible promotions, contact Salesforce Customer Support.
- By default, promotions is displayed based on the currency of the account selected for a transaction. However, your admin can customize the settings to show promotions based on the transaction currency.

1. Open the quote or order record.
2. Click **Browse Catalogs**, select a catalog, and click **Next**.
3. To view the promotions applicable for a category, click **View Promotions** on the banner.

4. Save your changes.

The discounts are applied to the product.

## Apply Promotion to Quote Line Items or Order Line Items
