# Manage Notification Delivery Channels

Configure where users receive notifications by enabling or disabling specific delivery platforms.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Notification Delivery Settings, and then select **Notification Delivery Settings**.
2. Locate the **Energy and Utilities Cloud** notification group and find **Multisite Notification**.
3. Click the action icon.
4. Enable or disable **Slack** or **Desktop** notifications based on your team's preference.
