# Grant Object Field Access for Short Cycle Work

Grant the system administrator access to the Active field in the Attribute Definition object, and the Use enhanced scheduling and optimization field in the Service Territory object.

1. From Setup, click **Object Manager**.
2. Edit the Active field in the Attribute Definition object.
    1. In the Quick Find box, enter Attribute Definition, and then click **Attribute Definition**.
    2. Click **Fields & Relationships**.
    3. In the Quick Find box, enter Active, and then click **Active**.
    4. Click **Set Field-Level Security**.
    5. For the System Administrator profile, select **Visible** and **Read-Only**.
    6. Save your changes.
3. Similarly, edit the **Use enhanced scheduling and optimization** field in the Service Territory object.
