Give your users access to the milestone tracking feature for managing new connections.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Energy & Utilities Settings, and select **Energy & Utilities Settings**.
2. Turn on Individual Application Milestone Enablement within Energy & Utilities Program and Benefit Management.
