Create and schedule service resources during an incident by turning on Field Service. Emergency Management relies on Field Service scheduling to check workforce availability and rank resources for a callout.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Field Service, and select **Field Service Settings**.
2. Turn on Field Service.
