# Customize Notification Content

Modify the icons and labels of Slack notifications to align with your organization's branding and communication style.

1. Open the **Flow Builder** for your active notification flow.
2. Modify the following flow elements to update the notification appearance:
    
    - **SuccessSlackIcon**: Change the default emoji for successful quotes (Default: **:approval\_quote:**).
    - **FailureSlackIcon**: Change the default emoji for failed operations (Default: **:opportunity:**).
    - **FormattedSuccessHeaderLabel**: Update the notification title for successful quotes.
    - **FormattedSuccessBodyLabel**: Update the notification message body for successful quotes.
    - **FormattedFailureHeaderLabel**: Update the notification title for failed operations.
