Define a specific profile for your sales customers by cloning the standard community user template.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- Find the Customer Community User profile and click Clone.
- Enter a name, such as Energy Utilities Sales Customer User.
- Click Save.
