# Configure the Program Management Console

Program Management Console uses Business Rules Engine, Data Processing Engine, OmniStudio, and Flow components. Configure Program Management Console components to provide a quality experience with brand customization.

Before You Begin

- Complete the setup of your Program Management Console. See [Set Up Program Management Console](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.energy_getting_started_with_program_management_console.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Grant permissions, deploy components, and configure your Salesforce org for the Energy & Utilities Program Management Console.")

To configure the Program Management Console, complete each of these tasks:

- **[Calculate Energy Savings](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.energy_pmc_calculating_energy_savings.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Calculate the product benefits selected by a customer by configuring the Usage Impact Factor and Benefit objects.
- **[Configure FlexCard Data Sources](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.energy_configure_the_data_sources_of_flexcards.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Configure the OmniStudio FlexCards on Program Management Console for your programs.
- **[Configure Business Rules Engine Components](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.energy_pmc_configure_business_rules_engine_components.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    The demo Business Rules Engine (BRE) components in Program Management Console are examples of formulas taken from the Utilities eTRM. Configure the components to calculate the rebates or other benefits of programs.
