Grant the necessary general user permissions to ensure that the profile can execute the Tariff Comparison logic.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and select Profiles.
- Click the profile that you created, such as Energy Utilities Sales Customer User.
- Click Edit.

Under General User Permissions, select these checkboxes.
- Run Flows
- View Product Catalog for Customer Community User
- View Product Catalog via API for Customer Community User
- Save your changes.
