# Agentforce for Energy Tariff Comparison

With Agentforce Tariff Comparison, sales and service reps can compare energy and utility tariffs and enroll existing customers in new plans through a conversational experience directly in the Agentforce panel. The AI agent automatically resolves service points, retrieves available tariff configurations, and generates fully priced product options to walk reps through side-by-side plan comparisons.

### Required Editions

Reps can start the process from an existing customer's premise or by entering a service address directly. Once a customer chooses a plan, the agent submits the enrollment on their behalf, keeping the process consistent with your standard tariff comparison experience.
