Add the Calculate Recipient Prices Action to Quotes

Help sales reps calculate recipient prices directly from a quote by adding your active flow as a quick action on the quote page layout.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
User Permissions Needed
To configure page layouts: Customize Application
  1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and click Quote.
  2. Click Buttons, Links, and Actions.
  3. Click New Action.
  4. On the New Actions page, add these details.
    1. Select Flow for action type.
    2. Select your cloned Calculate Recipient Prices flow for flow.
    3. Enter a label and a name.
    4. Save your changes.
  5. Go to Page Layouts and select Quote Layout.
  6. Select Mobile & Lightning Actions.
  7. Drag your new action into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
  8. Save your changes.
