The Billing Insights component is available on the out-of-the-box Account record page,
but if you have a custom Account record lightning page, you must either deactivate the custom page
or add the component to the page manually.

- To open your custom app page, from Setup, enter Lightning App
Builder in the Quick Find box, select Lightning App
Builder, and then click Edit next to the page.
- From the Components section, drag the Billing Insights component and
drop it in the console.
- Save your changes.
