From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select
Flows.

Locate and select the Site Bulk Upload: Send Notifications
record-triggered flow template.

Click Save As to create a new flow record.

Enter the flow details and save your changes.

Activate your flow to enable the notification logic.
