# Troubleshooting Multisite Features

Troubleshoot issues regarding sync notifications, product visibility, attribute propagation, and consumption calculations in the Multisite environment.

## Sync Completion Notification Isn’t Triggered

Check the job status in the Async Operation Tracker if the sync request notification is delayed.

Because the sync request is in a message queue, there can be a delay in picking up the request. Check the status of the job in the Async Operation Tracker entity. Go to the **App Launcher**, select **Async Operation Tracker**, and check the status of the job for the created quote record.

## Products Don’t Appear in the Catalog

Refresh the specific Lookup Tables to make sure that products appear correctly in the catalog.

Go to the **App Launcher** and select **Lookup Tables**. Refresh the **Price Book Entries V2**, **Attribute Discount Entries**, and **Tiered Adjustment Entries** tables.

## Attribute Not Getting Propagated from Parent to Child

Verify that the CML uses the correct API names and resync after updates.

Make sure that CML uses the correct API name of the attributes. Resync the CML after adding any new value in the picklist of attributes.

## Consumption Isn’t Calculated Correctly

Confirm the API name for the weighted distribution attribute and manually update total weights if values change.

Make sure that CML uses the correct API name of the weighted distribution attribute. Check that the total weight in the product parent type definition is correct. If you change the value, you should update the total weight manually and resync the CML.
