# Configure the Product

Configure the Product Details Config CSV, set up and activate the Service ProductConfigDT decision table, and upload the ServiceProductConfigDTCSV file.

Before you begin, download the [ServiceProductConfigDTCSV](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/ServiceProductConfigDTCSV.zip) file.

1. Configure **Product Details Config CSV** to drive the logic of attribute value assignment and consumption management. The CSV should contain the following fields:
    
    - **ProductCode**: Enter a code to identify the product.
    - **ProductType**: Specify whether it is a Commodity or Non Commodity product.
    - **Charge Type**:
        - **Consumption Charge**: Select for technical products with a per-unit charge.
        - **Standing Charge/Fixed Charge**: Select for products with a per-day charge.
        - **NA**: Select this for sellable products.
    
    - **Service Type**: Select the service type: Gas, Water, or Electricity.
2. Go to **Business Rule Engine**, select **Lookup Tables** and then select **New**.
3. Choose **Decision Table** and then click **Next**.
4. Select **Default** in **Application Usage**.
5. Select **Service ProductConfigDT** from the template name, which is auto-populated.
6. Add the API name **Utilities TariffComparison ProductConfig**, and then click **save and next**.
7. Select **finish** and then upload the **ServiceProductConfigDTCSV** file.
8. Wait for the upload to complete and then click **Activate**.
