# Enable Tariff Comparison

Enable Sales for Energy and Utilities and the Tariff Comparison feature for Energy and Utilities.

1. From **Setup**, in the Quick Find box, enter Energy and Utilities Settings.
2. Turn on **Sales for Energy and Utilities**, if it’s not enabled already.
3. Turn on **Tariff Comparison Feature for Energy and Utilities**.
4. If not done already, [perform the preconfiguration steps](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.ene_sales_preconfiguration_steps.htm&language=en_US).
    
    As a part of the preconfiguration for using tariff comparison, you must assign the required licenses, enable Revenue Cloud features, assign user permissions, and set up the product catalog.
