Create a Multisite Quote

Generate a quote for an opportunity with multiple sites by selecting catalogs and configuring plan details.

To create user profiles and users: Energy & Utilities Cloud Features
  1. From the Opportunity record page, click Create Multisite Quote.
  2. Enter essential details, such as the quote name and description.
  3. Click Create Quote.
    You receive a custom notification with the quote details once the automated process creates the quote and copies the associated site data into the quote line item recipient records.
  4. Open the quote and navigate to the Sites tab.
  5. Use the view options to organize the site data based on relevant criteria, such as the service type.
  6. Group the required sites together.
    1. Select the organized sites you want to group.
    2. Click Manage Group.
    3. Add the sites to a new group or an existing group.
    4. Click Save.
  7. View the newly created group by selecting the View by Group option.
  8. Select the group, and then click Browse Catalog.
  9. Select a catalog, select a category, and then select a product.
  10. Click Save Quote.
  11. Configure the product.
    1. Click the Configure option available at the quote line item.
    2. Select the required values for the product attributes (for example, the payment method).
    3. Click Save and Exit.
  12. Price each site individually by clicking the Split option at the group quote line item level.
  13. Review the final quote structure to ensure all details are appropriate before generating an order.
  14. Once the quote is approved by the customer, click Create Order to initiate the order creation process.
  15. Activate the order by clicking the Activate option.
