Add the Opportunity Product Recipient related list to the Opportunity page layout to provide visibility into recipient records.

From Setup, select Object Manager.

Select Opportunity, and then select Page Layouts.

Select the relevant Page Layout to edit.

Select Related Lists from the palette.

Drag and drop Opportunity Product Recipients to the Related Lists section.

Click Save.
