Override the predefined Create Order action on the Quote object to ensure the correct flow is triggered.

- From the Quote record page, click the Setup gear icon, and then select Edit Object.
- Select Page Layouts, and then select Quote Layout.
- In the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section, click to override the predefined actions.
- Make sure the Create Order action is present and configured correctly.
- Select Save.
