# Compare Tariff Plans and Enroll a Customer

You can enroll a customer in a suitable tariff plan using the Tariff Comparison feature.

1. Select the customer type and account.
    1. On the **Tariff Comparison** screen, select whether the customer is a **New customer (Potential)** or an **Existing customer**.
    2. If the customer is existing, select their **customer account**.
    3. If the customer is new, enter the customer details.
    4. Select **Next**.
2. Enter the customer details.
    1. On the **Customer Details** screen, select the customer's address from the dropdown list.
    2. Verify that **Service points available at this address for electricity and gas** displays.
    3. Select the service type the customer requires: **Electricity**, **Gas**, or **Dual Fuel**.
    4. If **Electricity** or **Dual Fuel** is selected, select the relevant electricity connection available.
    5. Select the customer's preferred consumption period: **Annual** or **Monthly**.
    6. Select the customer's estimated consumption for the service type: **Low**, **Medium**, **High**, or **Actual Usage**.
    7. Select the customer's **payment method** from the menu.
    8. Select **Next**.
3. Select a tariff plan**.**
    1. On the **Select a Tariff plan to enroll** screen, review the available tariff plans (for example, **Green Energy Plan**, **Day Night plan**, **Std Domestic plan**, **Domestic plan**). Each plan displays its estimated annual/monthly charge, a description, and a tariff breakdown.
    2. Select the tariff plan the customer wishes to enroll in.
    3. Select **Next**.
4. Select add-on products.
    1. On the **Select Add On** screen, select the add-on products and the quantity.
    2. Select **Next**.
5. Review order summary.
    1. On the **Order Summary** screen, review the selected tariff plan, add-on product prices, and the estimated charges.
    2. Verify the **Customer Details** including **Billing Account**, **Customer Name**, **Email**, and **Contact Number**.
    3. Review the **Service Address**.
    4. If the customer's billing address is the same as their service address, select the **Same as Service Address** checkbox. Otherwise, enter their **City**, **Street**, **State**, **Postal Code**, and **Country**.
    5. Under **Additional Details**, select the **Expected Service Start Date** using the calendar icon. The **Payment Method** displays.
    6. Select **Submit Order**.
6. Confirm the order submission.
    
    A confirmation screen appears indicating**Request is submitted** and displaying the **Order ID**.
7. Select **OK**.
