# Add Product and Pricing Data

To add sample data, download and execute specific Apex classes. This process creates the necessary records for the features to function correctly.

### Required Editions

To use the Energy and Utilities Cloud Sales features, download the reference products and sample data according to the desired features:

- Reference (or sample) Products
    - Product images: Download and extract the [product images](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/enu_sales_sample_product_images.zip).
    - Product data: Download the [EUSalesRLMSampleData.cls](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/EUSalesRLMSampleData.cls) and [EUSalesRLMCreateSampleData.cls](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/EUSalesRLMCreateSampleData.cls) Apex class files.
    - Pricing Data: Download the following Apex class files:
        - [EUSalesRLMPricingSampleData.cls](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/EUSalesRLMPricingSampleData.cls)
        - [EUSalesRLMPricingSampleDataPart2.cls](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/EUSalesRLMPricingSampleDataPart2.cls)

- Tariff Comparison
    
    Make sure you download and add the files for reference products if you've not already downloaded them as a part of setting up the reference products.
    
    - Tariff Sample Data: Download the [EUServiceAppsSampleData.cls](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/EUServiceAppsSampleData.cls) and [EUServiceAppsSampleDataCreation.cls](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/EUServiceAppsSampleDataCreation.cls) Apex class files.

1. Add the product images.
    1. Download and extract the [product images](https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/rel1/doc/en-us/static/misc/enu_sales_sample_product_images.zip).
    2. From the App Launcher, search for and select **Files**.
    3. Select **Upload Files**. You can upload up to 10 files at a time.
    4. Upload the product images.
2. Add sample product data and repeat the following steps in the following order using the corresponding downloadable files: reference products sample data, reference products pricing data, and tariff comparison sample data.
    1. From **Setup**, in the Quick Find box, enter and select Apex Classes.
    2. Select **New** and copy the code from each downloaded file into a new Apex Class window, saving each one.
    3. From **Setup**, select **Developer Console**.
    4. In the Developer Console, select **Debug**, and then **Open Execute Anonymous Window**.
    5. Paste the following code snippet into the anonymous window: \[Downloaded file name without the extension\].createRecords();
        
        If your file name is EUServiceAppsSampleDataCreation.cls, copy this code into the anonymous window: EUServiceAppsSampleDataCreation.createRecords();.
    6. Select **Execute**.
