Einstein Autofill Editions and Permissions (Beta)
Users access Einstein Autofill in their Salesforce org through supported editions, add-ons, and permissions.
Enable Einstein Autofill (Beta)
Enable Einstein Autofill (Beta) for your org to instantly transform call and chat conversations into form suggestions by using AI-driven recommendations. Use Einstein to generate instant, contextually relevant suggestions.
Add Einstein Autofill Omniscript Component (Beta)
To generate Einstein Autofill recommendations and customize the Autofill elements, select any Omniscript and use the properties panel to configure the feature.
Action Launcher Creation and Configuration for Einstein Autofill (Beta)
To give your users quick access to the Einstein Autofill feature, configure the Action Launcher on the record page where the deployment is created. Action Launcher doesn't directly launch, deploy, or search for the Einstein Autofill feature; instead, it launches the Omniscript that embeds the Autofill component. If you already have an Action Launcher deployment, you can add the Omniscript to it.
