Omnistudio Admin Grants admins and designers the full Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) access to the Omnistudio objects.
Omnistudio User Grants consumers Read access to the Omnistudio objects, and Create access to Omniscript Saved Sessions.
Prompt Template Manager Enables users to manage prompt templates by using Prompt Builder and run them.
Prompt Template User Enables users to run prompt templates by using generative AI features.
Service Cloud User Grants user access to service cloud.
Messaging User Gives Service Cloud users access to Messaging Setup and to the Messaging chat functionality and message session records.

Customization of Permissions

If you customize the Autofill feature, such as by adding fields, create a custom permission set. To remove user permissions from the default permission set, create a muting permission set. Then, use permission set groups to assign users the default permission set in addition to your custom permission sets. This approach makes sure that users always have the latest default permissions.
