# Automate Order Submission to Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator

Create a record-triggered flow that automatically submits Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud) orders to Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator when the orders are activated.

### Required Editions

When you activate Revenue Management orders, create a record-triggered flow that invokes the Create or Update Asset from Order flow action. Customize the flow or add more conditions to perform other actions."). After you configure the flow and its decision paths, add the submission action.

1. In the Revenue Management Record branch, click ![Add element](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-revenue-264-0-0-production-enus/91ca99c6-d5c8-4986-b961-c6b7801e0d0d/revenue/images/qoc/order_to_asset_add_element.jpg).
2. Find and select **Action**.
3. In the New Action dialog box, specify these details.
    1. Select **Submit Order** as the action.
    2. For Label, enter Submit Order Action.
    3. For API Name, enter Submit\_Order\_Action.
    4. Select **Prior Values of Triggering Order** > **Order ID** as the order ID.
    5. Click **Done**.
4. Save your work.
5. Enter a label and API name for the flow, and then save your changes.
6. Activate the flow.

## Add an Action to Submit Orders to Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator

To identify and handle incomplete steps in the fulfillment plan before amending the asset, use the Submit Order with Validation flow. See [Handle Conflicts During Asset Date Amendments by Using Submit Order with Validation Flow](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.dro_submit_order_with_validation_flow.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "It's common to request adjustments to license subscription start dates, either moving them earlier if your users are ready to use them or delaying them if they are not. However, if the order that created the asset has incomplete steps in its fulfillment plan, submitting an asset amendment can result in two orders updating the asset simultaneously. Identify and handle incomplete steps in the fulfillment plan by using the Submit Order with Validation flow.").

To call the decomposition and orchestration processes individually, use the Decompose Sales Transaction and Orchestrate Sales Transaction invocable actions.
