Data Processing Engine on demand definitions are available with:

Financial Services
Revenue Management
CSV Data Management

Note In orgs that have Financial Services with the On Demand Record Rollup process type or Revenue Management with the Revenue Transaction Management process type, you can run definitions on-demand. If your org doesn't have Financial Services or Revenue Management, and you want to run definitions on-demand, contact your Salesforce account executive.
