# Configure Data Source Nodes in Data 360 Runtime

After you add a data source node to your definition, select the data source and what you want to use from the data source in the definition. In the Data 360 runtime, use Salesforce objects, Data 360 objects, or CSV files as data sources.

- **[Use Salesforce Object and Data 360 Objects as Data Sources](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.dpe_use_dmo_dlo_cio_as_data_source.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
In the Data 360 runtime, you can use Salesforce objects and Data 360 objects such as data lake objects (DLOs), data model objects (DMOs), or calculated insights objects (CIOs) as data sources.
- **[Use CSV Files as Data Sources](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.dpe_create_data_source_node_csv_file.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
In the Data 360 runtime, you can use CSV files to upload large volumes of data to your org. In definitions where the runtime object type is either Data Lake Object or Data Model Object, you can upload CSV files to definitions as data sources. Configure the definition to suit your requirements, and then write back the results to either a data lake object (DLO), a data model object (DMO), or a Salesforce object.
