# Use Analytics Dataset as Target Object

Let's learn how to use Analytics datasets as target writeback objects in the CRMA runtime.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;"><a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.dpe_editions.htm&amp;release=264.0.0&amp;type=5" title="Review the supported editions and availability for Data Processing Engine (DPE).">View supported editions</a>.</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. In the Configuration section, select **Analytics** as the target type for the source node.

![Writeback object configuration section in CRMA runtime with Analytics selected as the target type.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-data_processing_engine-264-0-0-production-enus/80e06924-e6c0-4b82-81cf-e99ccd77d857/data_processing_engine/images/writeback_node_dataset.png)
2. In **Dataset Name**, enter a name to create a new dataset or use the **Select existing dataset** checkbox to choose from a list of existing datasets that you want to overwrite with the transformed data.
3. In the Field Mapping section, map source node fields with target object fields. The field mappings determine the values to be added to the new or updated target object records. To delete records from the target object, map the source node field and the target object field that uniquely identify the records that you want to delete.

To simplify field mapping process, use Einstein generative AI to generate field mapping suggestions. For more information, see [Map Related Fields Using Einstein](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.dpe_map_related_fields_using_einstein.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Use Einstein generative AI to simplify the tedious task of manually mapping fields when you configure a writeback node.").
4. In **Sharing Inheritance Object Name**, enter the name of the source object from where the row-level sharing inheritance settings are applied from. Make sure that you [enable sharing inheritance](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.bi_security_datasets_sharing_getting_started.htm&language=en_US) settings in CRM Analytics.
5. In **Filter Condition**, enter a filter condition that determines who can access the records from the dataset.
6. In **Folder Name** , select the target folder in Analytics where the dataset is stored.
7. Save your node configuration.
