# Download Import Logs

The CSV data import process is an async process that runs in the background after you initiate it. When the import is complete, the user receives a notification and can download the log files.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select the **CSV File Import** app.
2. When the import is complete, download the success, failed, and unprocessed logs.
