1. \[Option 1\] Upload an image to Files.

When images are uploaded to Files, they remain private and are visible only to the uploader until they're shared. Only the file owners and users with the View All Data permission can access private files. The Owned by Me filter helps show the owned files. See [Upload and File Sharing Overview](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleview?id=experience.collab_files_uploading.htm&type=5).

    1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Files**.
    2. From Owned by Me, click **Upload Files**.
    3. Choose an image, and click **Open**.
    4. When the file gets uploaded, click **Done**.
    5. To grant access to the images to all users, add the image to the Docgen Document Template Library.

Files uploaded to a library inherit the sharing settings of that library.
    6. Click **Libraries**, select **Docgen Document Template Library**, and then click **Add Files**.
    7. Select the image that you uploaded to Files, and then click **Add**.
    8. Open the Docgen Document Template Library, and click **Manage Members**.
    9. From the Add Members dropdown, select **People**.
    10. Enter Platform Integration User in the search and set the access level to Viewer.
    11. Click **Add**.
2. \[Option 2\] Upload an image to the Notes & Attachments section of a contract.
    1. In the Notes & Attachments section of a contract, click **Upload Files**.
    2. Click **Choose File**, and select the image that you want to add.
    3. When the file gets uploaded, click **Done**.
3. \[Option 3\] Upload an image to a rich text field.
    1. In the rich text field of a contract record, click **Edit**.
    2. Click **Image**, and select the image.
    3. Click **Open**.
    4. Save your changes.
4. \[Option 4\] Paste an image to a rich text field.

If you need to use rich text with images, use the RTB\_token instead of the IMG\_token.

    1. Copy the image.
    2. In the rich text field of a contract, click **Edit**.
    3. Paste the image into the field.
    4. Save your changes.
