From the App Launcher, find and select Assessment Questions.

Click Draft Questions with Agentforce.

To provide context, enter an assessment objective. For example, enter generate
questions for home loan application to generate questions related to home loan application
intake.

Click Generate.

Modify the questions, update the category, data types, and add the response values as
necessary, and then click Create Assessment Questions.

Select the usage type and save your changes.

On the Create Form page, enter the Omniscript details and build the assessment. See Customize a Discovery Framework Omniscript.
