The Send Assessment Envelope Email flow is provided as a standard flow template. You can clone the template and customize it to suit your business processes

The Send Assessment Envelope Email template flow finds an appropriate email address to send a notification to if you place the Assessment component on a Case, Account, or Contact page.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select **Flows**.
2. Click **New Flow**.
3. In the list of templates, select **Send Assessment Envelope Email**.
4. Click **Create**.
5. Open the **Toolbox**.
6. In the Constants section click **ExperienceCloudSiteUrl**.
7. In the Value field, enter the Experience Cloud site url of the site you set up to contain the Assessments component. Replace https://updatethisurl.internal.site.com/mypage/s.
8. Click **Done**.
9. In the Text Templates section, click **EmailBody**.
10. Edit the body of the email for style and content.
11. Click **Done**.
12. Further customize the flow according to your business requirements.
13. **Save** your changes.
14. **Activate** the flow.
