Disable the Industry APIs to remove access to them.

Salesforce Administrator profile AND MuleSoft Administrator profile |
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrations, and then expand Integrations.
- Expand MuleSoft, and then click Industry APIs.
- On the Industry APIs page, turn off API access.
- Click Disable.
