# Deactivate a CRM Analytics Template Configuration

You can deactivate and delete a CRM Analytics template configuration that you no longer need.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Industries Cloud Einstein, and then select **Scoring Framework**.
2. To deactivate a template configuration, click ![Quick actions menu button](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-ai_accelerator_scoring_framework-264-0-0-production-enus/579cbc22-5fe0-45e4-b0a0-608ab8690ae6/ai_accelerator_scoring_framework/images/quick_action_menu.png) on the template configuration’s card, and select **Deactivate**.
    
    Deactivating the template configuration deletes the AI Accelerator use case and CRM Analytics app. The deactivation takes some time to complete.
3. If the deactivation fails, you can retry deactivating it by clicking **Retry** on the template configuration’s card.
4. After the template configuration is deactivated, to delete it, click ![Quick actions menu button](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-ai_accelerator_scoring_framework-264-0-0-production-enus/579cbc22-5fe0-45e4-b0a0-608ab8690ae6/ai_accelerator_scoring_framework/images/quick_action_menu.png) on the template configuration’s card, and select **Delete**.
    
    You can delete a draft or inactive template configuration or a template configuration that failed to activate or deactivate.
