# Customize Context Definition

Configure your context definition, pricing procedures, rules library, and Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator settings for Revenue Cloud for Communications.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Context Service, and then select **Context Definitions**.
2. Create a custom context definition by cloning the ConsumerSalesContext context definition.
3. Enter a name for your context definition, and save your changes.
4. On the Custom Definitions tab, select your context definition, and then click **Edit**.
5. Add your custom attributes, and save your changes.
6. Click **Activate**.

## Set Up Pricing Procedures

The CME usage subtype doesn't support the legacy PromotionExecution element. Replace it with the Advanced Promotion Pricing element.

1. From the App Launcher, select **Pricing Procedures**.
2. Open the pricing procedure.
3. Click **Clone**, and then select the Communication, Media, Energy & Utilities usage subtype.
4. Change the context definition to the custom context definition that you created in Customize Context Definition.
5. Save your changes.
6. In **Revenue Settings** or the **Procedure Plan**, update the pricing procedure reference to the new pricing procedure. If the pricing procedure is created from the Expression Set Template, remove unused elements, for example, Price Revision and Derived Pricing, as these are incompatible with the Advanced Promotion Pricing.
7. Remove the list group block containing the old PromotionExecution element and save the pricing procedure.
8. Clone and create a new pricing procedure with the CME usage subtype.
9. Add the **Advanced Promotion Pricing** element, and save your changes.
10. Click **Activate**.

## Update the Rules Library

1. From the App Launcher, select **Rules Libraries**.
2. Search for and open the CME Rules Library.
3. Select **Rule Library Versions**.
4. Click **Edit**.
5. Change the context definition field to the custom context definition that you created in Customize Context Definition.
6. Save your changes.

## Update the Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator Context Definition

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, and select **Context Definition Settings**.
2. Change the context definition field to the custom context definition that you created in Customize Context Definition.
3. Select or confirm the context nodes that apply to your configuration.
4. Save your changes.
