Create Real-Time Reports

Create the RTR report configuration so the agent can read measure values.

Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses
User Permissions Needed
To create real-time reports:

TPM Master Data Admin

TPM Standard Object Admin
  1. From the App Launcher, enter RTR, and then select RTR Report Configurations.
  2. Click New.
  3. For internal name, enter CopilotAccountReport.
  4. For Usage, select Agentforce Account Measures Metadata.
  5. Select the sales organization for which you’re creating the report.
  6. For Reporting KPI Set, select the account-level reporting KPI set for the selected sales organization.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. In the JSON configuration, specify which KPI set measures the agent can access.

  9. Save your changes.
  10. Repeat steps 1—9 to create a promotion report. Use internal name as CopilotPromotionReport and usage as Agentforce Promotion Measures Metadata.
