Example ![Worked example showing PeriodCarry and PeriodCarryHelper values across three weeks, with period values, rounded values, and carry for the Volume, Money, and None value types](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_trade_promo-264-0-0-production-enus/169b0c8b-175d-4639-bf96-610b16824687/consumer_goods_trade_promo/images/default_volume_money_none.png)

Period values in Editable PeriodCarry KPI are distributed to calculate sub period values of PeriodCarryHelper KPI using the week day share profile. The value type considered is Volume, Money, and None. The table shows the additional configurations that are considered:

| Configuration | PeriodCarry KPI | PeriodCarryHelper KPI |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Rounding Type | With carry | With carry |
| Rounding Order | Default | Default |
| Rounding Precision | 0 | 0 |
| Time Granularity | Period | Subperiod |

Here’s the sequence of execution.
