- Use Keywords to Search for Relationships
Enter keyword queries in the search field to quickly search for specific relationships. The search results include relationships based on the relationship type you’ve selected.
- Create Records
From Einstein’s relationships, create person or company records for the records that don’t exist. For a person or company record that’s incorrectly classified, you can change the record-type.
- Open Saved Records
From Einstein’s relationships, open existing records and explore relationships for that record.
- Filter Relationship Type
When you explore records, Einstein displays all the recommended and structured relationships. You can filter the relationship type to see Einstein’s recommended relationships from unstructured content like the web and news, structured relationships in Salesforce, or both.
- Dismiss Recommended Relationships
If the evidence documents imply that a recommended relationship isn’t accurate, you can dismiss the recommended relationship.
- See How Einstein Activity Capture Users Are Connected
Einstein Relationship Insights uses email and calendar metadata from Einstein Activity Capture to show when a colleague is connected with a recommended relationship. Use Einstein Activity Capture to see how you’re connected with Einstein’s relationship recommendations. View the full connection path between you and the record that you want to explore.
