# Outcomes of Connecting Slack as a Content Source

Identify prospective customers and business opportunities, and build a network of people and companies by using various types of Slack content. After you connect Einstein with Slack as a content source, Einstein explores Slack attachments to discover relationships between people and companies.

When you explore a record, the search results highlight references to your search from these types of Slack content:

- Chats, media, document content, and info
- Contact content and info

Note A connected Slack workspace that receives over 30,000 notifications per hour can cause short-term data inconsistencies between Slack and Einstein Relationship Insights.

There can be instances where you find a file in the search results, but you can’t access the file. In such cases, the file is deleted from the Slack workspace.

Example While exploring a record, you search for references to Great Leaders. In the search results, you view a GreatLeaders.pdf file that your team member shared in a Slack post.
