Required Permissions
Users with the System Administrator profile can manage batch management jobs.
To use Batch Management, business users need the Manage Batch Jobs system permission. With the Manage Batch Jobs permission, business users can create, run, monitor, cancel, and resubmit failed batch jobs. Typically, a Salesforce admin assigns a permission set, which includes this system permission. Because this feature is included in multiple products, the products and licenses in your org determine which permission set is available. Most products use the same permission set.
