You can view detailed info about each operation and the jobs that make up the operation for all of your asynchronous bulk processes by using the Async Processes tab. If an operation fails, you can also see which job caused the failure and which jobs succeeded.
- In Quick Find, enter Async, and then click Async Processes. The Async Processes tab is displayed.
-
Click the name of the Async Process for which you want to check
the status.
For example, if you made updates to Business Essential Root Bundle, the name of the async process is "Bulk Change for <cart-ID> Business Essential Root Bundle".
-
To view the status of individual jobs that make up the process,
click Async Process Jobs.
A list of all the jobs is displayed.
- The Async Process Job Name column lists the action that the job performs and the Message column lists the status. As the jobs are completed, the Message field displays COMPLETED or Completed Successfully for each job.
- For any job that displays errors in the Message column, click the job.
-
Note the information in the following fields to identify the
failure:
-
Async Process Step: This field lists the bulk change that failed. For example, Bulk Update or Bulk Delete.
-
Items Processed List: This field lists assets that were processed by the job.
-
Items to Process List: This field lists the assets that weren’t processed by the job. After you fix the error, rerun the bulk change for these items.
