Use the instructions in these topics to upgrade any release of Industries CME since Winter '18 directly to Winter '24. If you’re looking for installation links for previous versions, contact Salesforce Customer Support for help.
When upgrading to a release, upgrade to the latest patch package for that release. For example, when upgrading to the Spring '22 release, upgrade to the latest patch available for Spring '22. If you're upgrading across multiple releases, follow any unique post-upgrade steps for each release. Say, you're upgrading from Spring '21 (230) to Spring '22 (236). In addition to running the post-upgrade steps for Spring '22, ensure that you also run any unique post-upgrade steps for releases Summer '21 (232) and Winter '22 (234).
