Use Multiplay Subscription Management as a Subscriber (Managed Package)

In your Multiplay Subscription Management org, a customer self service portal is designed and configured for you by default. Subscribers access the customer portal by opening the URL in a browser on any device.

• Log In as a Subscriber in Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)
  Subscribers access the customer portal by going to the specified URL for the customer portal. Subscribers must log in to view their account details and use various self-service workflows.
• View Subscription Details in Multiplay Subscription Management Portal (Managed Package)
  When subscribers log in to the customer self-service portal, the services cards on the home page provide relevant information and quick links to the primary services associated with the account.
• Change Personal Details in Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)
  After logging in to the customer portal, subscribers can update their information including their name, mailing address, date of birth, and the alternative phone number associated with their account.
• Top Up Via Voucher as a Subscriber (Managed Package)
  Prepaid subscribers can use a voucher code to top up the cash balance in their prepaid account. Subscribers can launch a top-up workflow either from their home page or from a subscription details page. When this workflow is launched from the home page and there are multiple subscriptions in the account, subscribers can select the phone number for which they want to perform the top up.
• Manage Features as a Subscriber in Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)
  This workflow enables subscribers to activate or deactivate various features in their subscription. Subscribers can launch this workflow either from their home page or from a subscription details page. When this workflow is launched from the home page and there are multiple subscriptions in the account, subscribers can select the phone number for which they want to manage features.
