# Amend Supplemental Action Fails to Propagate to FRL During Decomposition

Fulfillment Request Lines (FRLs) aren't created when you disconnect an order line item.

An existing inventory item is essential to generate a disconnect FRL. An inventory item isn't created in the original order if the technical product is marked Not Assetizable or if a decomposition relationship or technical product wasn't defined at the time of the original order. Ensure that an inventory item is created in the previous order as Disconnect FRLs are generated only when an existing inventory item can be located.
