# Permissions Assigned to MSM Customer Persona

Multiplay Subscription Management automatically creates and assigns the required permissions set licenses, managed permission sets, and object-level permissions as recommended in the sample permission sets.

Additionally, for the MSM Customer persona, MSM assigns the following component access to the user:

1. Multiplay Subscription Management creates a new sharing group for MSM users called MSM Access Sharing Group and adds the user to it. If the group already exists, Multiplay Subscription Management adds this user to the existing group. By default in the org that you request, Multiplay Subscription Management creates the sharing group for this persona. If you migrate Multiplay Subscription Management to your own org, you can optionally create a sharing group.
2. Multiplay Subscription Management creates a new sharing rule for each of the objects listed below for the persona:
