# Industries Communications Managed Package Application Suite

Industries Communications Application Suite provides prebuilt modules and application components built on top of the core platform.

Industries Communications Application Suite applications deliver the key, most commonly used business processes, which you can configure and use as-is, or extend and integrate with other third-party applications, as required.

Note These apps are part of the CME managed package. If you're implementing Communications Cloud for the first time, consider adopting standard Salesforce business applications such as the [Communications Service Console](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_communications_cloud_b2c_agent_console_overview.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Communications Service Console provides a portfolio of applications and functionalities built on the Salesforce Platform for communications service providers to implement consistent, effective, and engaging customer management processes."). Standard Salesforce Industries business applications do not rely on a managed package.

It's entirely up to you to decide which of the application suite features you want to use in your org. Each application is implemented and configured individually.

## How Are Communications Application Suite Applications Built?

Communications Application Suite applications are built by making use of the following platform components:

- The Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities (CME) managed package.
- The core platform, including OmniScripts, Cards, Data Mappers, Lightning Web Components, Integration Procedures, and so on.
- The core products, including Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Order Management (OM), and Digital Commerce APIs.
- Industry specific data models, including the communications data model.

- **[Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_t_enterprise_sales_management_overview_55069.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Enterprise Sales Management enables communication service providers to redefine a unified large-transaction selling experience. It provides user interface (UI) components, data models, business processes, product models, and application logic that support large-transaction enterprise quotes.
- **[Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_t_mobile_subscription_management_overview_65763.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Multiplay Subscription Management helps communications service providers to streamline sales processes, personalize offerings, manage subscriptions, provide prompt support, and drive customer satisfaction.
