# Energy & Utilities Cloud Sample Permission Sets

Use sample permission sets to give your users access to only the features they require to complete their job functions.

We created permission sets that you can assign to your users to give them access only to the information they need and nothing else. Each permission set grants a different level of access to a different set of objects and fields.

- **[EnergyRuntimeService](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_t_energyruntimeservice_245912.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Enables the service agent user to perform job functions, such as identifying the caller, adding meter readings, and managing user complaints and requests.
- **[EnergyRuntimeServiceAdmin](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_t_energyruntimeserviceadmin_246140.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Enables the service administrator job functions, such as creating and managing custom components, in addition to agent job functions.
- **[EnergyRuntimeServiceSFS](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_t_energyruntimeservicesfs_246370.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Enables the SFS Contractor job functions such as managing field service appointments. This permission set is assigned to the Service Agent or Service Administrator persona along with the standard Salesforce Field Service permission sets.

    Enables the sales agent user job functions for the Customer Acquisition Management application.

    Enables the Sales Administrator user job functions, such as executing cache jobs for Customer Acquisition Management application.

    Allows the guest user to access the Customer Acquisition Management application and perform operations such as creating orders.

    This permission set enables the service agent user to perform job functions such as Logging the Engagement Interaction record.

    This permission set provides the required permissions for the Customer Community Logged-in user.
- **[EnergySelfServiceGuestUser](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.energy_energyselfserviceguestuser.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    This permission set provides the required permissions for the Customer Community Guest user.
